Talitha Coffee Roasters Presents New Holiday Blend: Winter Slay

We’re ringing in the season with Winter Slay, a limited-edition blend crafted to bring warmth, comfort, and a little holiday cheer to every cup

SAN DIEGO —  November 2025
Talitha Coffee Roasters today announced the release of Winter Slay, a limited-edition seasonal blend crafted as a winter-inspired take on the company’s popular Arise blend. Developed to capture the warmth and depth of the colder months, the new offering features a rebalanced profile, the addition of a new origin and a refined roast designed to draw out comforting notes of red grape, butterscotch, and candied orange.

Winter Slay will be available beginning Nov. 28 in whole-bean format and12-ounce packages. Each bag features festive, seasonal packaging and will remain available through the end of the winter supply.

Robert Barber, co-founder of Talitha Coffee Roasters, said the blend was created to celebrate the holiday season while staying true to what customers love about Arise.

“It’s familiar yet fresh — a comforting cup built for crisp mornings and slow afternoons,” Barber said. “We created Winter Slay to celebrate the season while honoring what our guests already love about Arise. It’s our way of bringing a touch of warmth to the colder months — something inviting, balanced, and full of life, just like the holidays themselves.”

Winter Slay is now available at Talitha’s cafés and online at Talitha.com.
